Checking interference with piping, cable tray and equipment etc. Checking mismatch between the 3D model and 2D drawing, modelling mistake omission Reflecting Client’s comments on the 3D model or providing other solution/alternatives Establishing modelling schedule based on client model review schedule and managing quality control
Preparing the list of required hardware, software and initial set-up actions Checking any mistake and lessons learned from the previous similar project and preparing countermeasures. Reviewing design result in a point of the possibility of material supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel and overall constructability

Preparing design criteria, project engineering specification, standard drawing and conceptual building and structure drawing Summary design requirements based on specification, code, the scope of work, regulation and design information from related disciplines Preparing Job Instructions including project outline, the scope of work, site condition, overall schedule, design plan, design criteria and special requirement or considerations Finding any conflict, unclear requirement, the mistake on specification, standard drawings and conceptual drawings in FEED package and Clarification with Client. Finding of potential value engineering (VE) item and reflecting on detail execution plan Preparing and getting the approval of deviation item list and risk item list to manage potential risks Communication and confirmation of the Client’s requirements through clarification Finding major and key requirements for detail engineering from Basic & FEED design package, the contract document, specification and standard, the scope of work The capability of understanding Basic & FEED design concept and reflecting on detail engineering along with risk management The capability of checking the requirement of Client and regulation and reflecting the requirement on design criteria, specification and detail engineering documents Reviewing ITB, Basic and FEED design package / FEED verification: Estimation of IT & 3D modelling cost based on the Client’s requirement. Establish RDI contract & control plan considering RDI’s man-power, design tools, workload and experiences Establish engineering schedule through reviewing overall project schedule and major milestones Establish a project execution plan based on the scope of work, contract type, product or plant, the size and the location of the project Estimation of total required man-power of engineering work for project/proposal Preparing an efficient organization chart considering assignee’s capability and experience of previous projects Preparing an optimal man-power plan based on work volume, work scope and estimated drawing quantity Planning for Organization, manpower control and detail engineering:
